Challenge
City of Orléans’ mission is to guarantee fair access to the public transport service. To achieve this, it must carry out precise analyzes of the effectiveness of its network, which is complex given the extent of the latter.
The city, known for its investment in innovation, was already using its data to analyze its network. But it wanted to go further than using Excel tables and equip itself with a platform for viewing the data transmitted by Keolis, its operator. For this, Orléans chose Transport Analytics, a platform offering simplified illustrations of network issues to facilitate analysis.
